Dan Savage is the editor of The Stranger, Seattle's
alternative newsweekly, and the award-winning author of Skipping Toward
Gomorrah (Lambda Literary Award), The Kid (Pen-West Award), and Savage
Love, a collection of his sex advice columns. His work has appeared
on the op-ed pages of The New York Times, in the New York Times Magazine, Savage Love Live Dan Savage is best known for his Q&A format sex advice column and
he models his live appearances after his column -- he prepares some
brief remarks, and then quickly moves on to a lively and often hilarious
Q&A session. Audience members are invited to ask their questions
live or, if they're too embarrassed, to submit their questions on cards
provided on-site. With the audience driving the discussion, the program
can touch on any subject -- from sexual problems to gay marriage to
child raising to sex education to the current political scene. |
